William Titley

My practice involves lecturing at The University of Central Lancashire (Fine Arts) and operating as a professional community artist working with local communities who are in states of transience and situations of economic and social regeneration. I often initiate community projects with no external funding, offering my services to communities in exchange for studio space and access to situations.
