Karim-ul-Islam

I am a filmmaker currently working in private TV channel producing news bulletins and documentaries. I have a degree in Communication Design with a major in filmmaking. I have more than three years experience in electronic media and have worked in all genres of television production including documentaries, drama series, TV commercials and talk shows. I have worked with different TV channels and production houses including GEO TV, AAJ TV, Serendip Productions, Eveready Productions and Azad Film Company. I have collaborated with the British Council Pakistan on a short film for their ‘Connecting Futures’ project. The film was premiered at the Pehli Dharkan Pakistani Film Festival, Glasgow 2005, and was also screened at the Karachi Student Film Festival, 2006. Currently I am working on my first full length feature film.
